Check in/Out Hotel Policy

  • Check-in time is 12:00 PM; Check-out time is 11:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and However if the rooms are available we always happy to provide the rooms [T& C Applicable] wit

  • Late Checkout allowed till 01:00 Pm. After 01 Pm to 05 PM Half day charges. After 5 PM full day charges applicable & it will be subject to availability or otherwise guest have to book in advance.

Booking Procedure

Once we get the booking Request from your side we will hold your Reservation and give you bank details with cut out date of Payment. Once you deposit / Neff / Transfer the payment please mail us Payment details. We will send you Booking Confirmation with our Confirmation Number. Booking will auto released due to non-receipt of payment without any information if payment is not made within cut out date of payment. New Booking will be subject to availability and room type.

Cancellation Policy

  • Booking Canceled 96 hrs. Prior to arrival will carry 100% retention charge or advance Forfeited.
  • Booking Canceled 10 days prior to arrival will carry 50% retention charge or advance Forfeited.
  • Booking Canceled prior the above time frame would result in 30% retention or advance Forfeited.
  • A no-show will carry a 100% retention charge.
  • The hotel check-in time is 12:00 hours and checkout time is 11:00 hours. Early check-in and late checkout is subject to availability. An additional charge of 50% of the room rate paid will be applicable for late check-outs post 01:00 Pm and 100% charge will be applicable post 20:00 hours. All guaranteed early check-ins will require the room to be reserved from the previous night.
  • All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of making the reservation.
  • All non-guaranteed bookings will be guaranteed only after paying 100% advance amount. The hotel reserves the right to release the reservation without prior notice.
  • Hotel reserves the right to levy room charge and taxes applicable for the entire stay thereof, as cancellation or no-show charges.
  • Special terms & conditions may be applicable to certain promotional rates or during black-out periods.
  • Refund will be done (if any as per cancellation policy) after deducting Bank Charges (i.e 10% on amount)
Note: Written Cancellation will accept on all working days and Entertain only in written.
For the X-mas and New year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is Non-Refundable.
In case you for unused hotel accommodation / No Show & missed meals or services etc. We do not bear any responsibility to refund.
